Booking Terms & Conditions

• Your payment details are requested now to secure your booking. The total balance is due on arrival therefore no deposit will be charged on your credit card.
• Please note that if you wish to cancel your reservation, you need to notify us by email at reservations@clinkhostels.com at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival date. Clink Hostels (Bed Reservations Jersey Ltd) reserves the right to charge your credit card of the first night if you fail to do so.
• If you wish to make a group reservation (more than 15 persons), please fill in our Group Booking form
• Please note that guests who wish to bring children less than 16 years of age must book whole dorms or private rooms.
• Bookings cannot be accepted from any underage person unless they are accompanied by an adult over 18. They will be refused check-in.
• Note that all our dorms are mixed unless a girls dorm is booked.
• When booking dorm beds in dorm rooms, we cannot guarantee that you will all be staying in the same room. We suggest booking private rooms if you don't want to be separated.
• Passport, driver's license or government issued identity card required upon check-in.
• Check-in: from 2.30pm till 4am. If you arrive before 2.30pm you're welcome to leave your luggage in our luggage room. Check-out: 10am.
