Our staff are an integral part of the Clink brand, they are: smart, savvy, creative, interested, charming, witty, laughing, re-assuring and happy. We strongly believe in developing from within and offer training and development to all our staff with progression through the company.

Working at Clink Hostels is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to have fun while working hard and meeting people you will remember for life. Bear in mind though that it’s a service industry, so you will be required to work shifts and some weekends!
