Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. To redeem please get in touch with our customer service team (via phone/email) and provide them with your gift card code. Gift cards are not redeemable through our website and cannot be applied retrospectively to a booking that has already been paid for.
You must redeem your gift card before the expiry date specified in the email you’ll receive, as it won’t be redeemable afterwards.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for unused & expired gift cards.
