In July 2019 our Jersey team, along with Plastic Free Jersey, headed out to St. Aubins Bay in Jersey to help clean litter of the beach and footpath that runs along the beach! They managed to puck up lots of different rubbish, including a plastic seagull toy, a car tyre and over 1200 cigarette ends, which you can see in the images below.
Clink Hostels also generously donated £1,000 to Plastic Free Jersey, which will help towards getting new equipment and educating the next generation on how to go plastic free!
