The Breakfast – Team of Early Birds
We believe that hostel breakfast for small price can be a great new experience! The atmosphere, the music, the lights and especially the happy crew that welcomes our guest at the door is what we feel can make-or-break the day of our travellers. The food offering is simple but of good quality, selected by our guests and with a twist of difference.
Early Birds start working at 6am and their shift usually finishes at around 14.00. The operating hours of breakfast are 7-10.30.
The main tasks of Early Birds include setting up breakfast area before service, welcoming guest with a genuine smile, some serving and clearing tables, managing the food buffet and keeping it attractive during the opening times, some cooking and preparations for the following days, clearing the areas and washing up the dishes after guests, ordering of products, managing HACCP and much more.

Though it might sound like a straight forward work that can be learned easily we are looking for colleagues with some sort of experience in F&B and hospitality.
We are looking for someone down-to-earth and humble with switched-on thinking. Someone who is mature and energetic that takes responsibility naturally and can work independently. Besides your breakfast tasks you will be involved in preparations for following day, for the kitchen, ordering of products, cashing up at the end of the day and more so willingness to learn and develop is also welcome.
You love waking up early and giving away smiles and positive energy when everyone else is still asleep. The atmosphere in team is the key for us so you must enjoy working with others and must be able to demonstrate high level of social skills. We like to have around someone a little different, curious, open-minded, who loves the travel industry and appreciates the Clink values will fit well within our team.
