What’s the Opportunity?

The Project & Maintenance Manager is to take ownership of ClinkLONDONs; namely Clink261 & Clink78’s; property maintenance projects and strategies while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the hostels and their facilities.  This role is responsible for the management and development of the maintenance team along with the ongoing maintenance projects and is accountable for the execution of both planned and reactive maintenance tasks and projects.

What will I be doing?

In short: 

                - Responsible for Clink Hostels being structurally sound and well maintained

- Accountable for both proactive and reactive maintenance within a set timeframe and budget

- Manage a highly effective maintenance team

- Appreciate & love the buildings we are in and ensure that maintenance echoes the concept of style & design we want to deliver to our guests

- Deliver the above in compliance with Health & Safety Regulations, Industry Standards and company policy

Role Responsibilities: (list is not exhaustive)

=        To manage all maintenance projects for clinkLONDON

=        Report directly to the General Manager

=        Manage the maintenance team to ensure excellent maintenance standards are achieved and stay “in-tune” with the design of Clink            Hostels

=        Possess the organisational ability and financial capacity to deliver maintenance projects on time and on budget

=        Work closely with other Heads of Departments (HODs) ensuring a well maintained, safe and clean environment for guests and staff and       will be an active member of the Hostel and Duty Management team.
