If there is one thing about London that makes it stand out from the rest of cities, it has to be the vast amount of cultural activities taking place daily, including the all the incredible live music events that can be found in London’s unique bars and pubs.

There are so many great places in London that offer amazing live music event, but to help you choose from the hundreds, here are a few of our favourites:

Ain’t Nothin But Blues Bar

If you are a lover of all things blues, Ain’t Nothin But is definitely the pub for you, after all, it does claim to be “the best blues bar this side of the ocean.” We love the unique atmosphere you get at this small pub and you can always guarantee they are playing the best blues music from all over the world.

There is a cover fee of £5 on Friday and Saturday after 8.30. Music starts at 6.3o till late night.

Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club  

Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club is probably London’s most famous live music venue. Whether you are into Jazz or not, it is likely you have been here already and if not, why?

From Jimmy Hendrix to Amy Winehouse, this amazing venue has been used by many of the greatest musicians within the last decades

Ronnie Scott’s Bar is open every day from 6 to 3pm (Sundays till 12pm). Make sure you don’t miss the Jazz Jam every Wednesday from 9.30. There is a cover fee of £5 if you get there after 8pm or £8 if you get there after 11pm.

 

Barfly

Barfly is a great bar for all the rock fans out there. You can find this unique bar can be found In the heart of the infamous Camden district, but if you do happen to get lost just follow the amazing sound of the electric guitars!

Make sure you don’t miss the Saturday night where you will be able to find drinks from £1.80!

You are guaranteed to have a fantastic time, all you have to do is grab a pint and get ready to rock the night away!

 

Sevilla Mia

If you’re looking for something different from the typical ‘live music venue’, Sevilla Mia is for you. This little Spanish pub, hidden literally thirty seconds away from the busy Tottenham Court Rd tube station, has a very intimate atmosphere; ideal for those interested in Spanish music… Ole!
