Britons are well known throughout the world for their love of tea. If you love a cuppa, why not do it in style?
Harrods Georgian Restaurant offers a quintessential high tea experience. Complete with freshly made sandwiches, home baked scones, clotted cream, jam and macaroons. There is a wide variety of tea on offer as well (make sure you try the Blackcurrant and Hibiscus!).
Of course, being high tea, and at Harrods, it does not come cheap. The cost is £29, with unlimited food and tea, also an additional 12% service charge.
Another cool feature is the Harrods Christmas display, based on the British Steam Train. Each ‘carriage’ showcases store’s sought-after festive fashion, accessories or home ware. The most expensive item is a Swarovski-covered £80,000 gown by Ralph & Russo!
