Due to the mandate released by the UK government back in March we had to temporarily close both, Clink78 and Clink261.

You needed to cancel my booking because of the closure – where does this leave me?

  • If you have a Fully Flexible rate, we will cancel your booking free of charge if you notify us any time before 24 hours of your intended arrival. Please note that if you do not reach out to us in order to cancel your booking, your card will still be automatically charged by our system.
  • If you booked an Advance Purchase or Non Refundable rate then please contact us and we’ll issue you with a credit for the value of what you paid, for you to use on a future booking (to be made before June 30th, 2021) – win-win!
  • All you need to do now is take care of yourself and try to make the most of this strange time. We’ll take care of the rest!

Terms & Conditions

  • Your new booking must be made directly with us via telephone, email, live chat.
  • You cannot make it on a third party website.
  • Your new booking must be made before June 30th, 2021, with an arrival date no later than 12 months of your original booking’s arrival date.
  • You must keep a record of your booking number and guest name it is held under in order for us to assist you with your new booking.
  • If the value of your new booking is more than the value of your original booking, you must pay the difference. No credit will be given where the new booking is less than the value of your original booking.

Large Groups (20+ people)

  • We will be cancelling all bookings that were due to arrive in London from now until December 31st.
  • This event falls under ‘Force Majeure’ as stated in our Terms & Conditions and we reserve the right to receive any outstanding payments in connection to your confirmed booking. However, as a goodwill gesture, we will not be issuing more invoices.
  • Your new booking must be made directly with us via, email, live chat and must be remade by June 30th, 2021. The credit note will be valid for 12 months from date of issue.
  • If you have any questions or queries, please reach us through phone, email or live chat.
    You cannot make a new booking on a third-party website.
  • You must keep a record of your booking number and the guest name it is held under, in order for us to best assist you with your new booking.
  • If the value of your new booking is more than the value of your original booking, you must pay the difference. No credit will be given where the new booking is less than the value of your original booking.

Small Groups (10-20 people)

  • If you have a Fully Flexible rate we will cancel your booking and offer you a full refund. If you can’t show up, that’s fine, however, please let us know otherwise your card will still be processed by our system.
  • If you booked an Advance Purchase or Non-Refundable rate, a 100% credit note will be given.
  • Please get in contact with us to cancel your booking, and we’ll give you a credit note valid for 12 months, for the value of what you paid for a future booking.
  • All you need to do now is take care of yourself and try to make the most of this strange time. We’ll take care of the rest.

Amsterdam – ClinkNOORD

ClinkNOORD is still open and operating with a reduced service. If you cannot travel to Amsterdam and have a ‘fully-flex’ booking, please get in contact with our customer service team.

  • If you have a Fully Flexible rate we will cancel your booking and offer you a full refund. If you can’t show up, that’s fine, however, please let us know otherwise your card will still be processed by our system.

Important

As you may already be aware, self isolation/quarantine is required if you are travelling from certain areas.
Please follow this link to verify if the area you are travelling from is on the list of places that is required to quarantine/isolate upon arrival in Amsterdam.
We must remind you that it is your responsibility to make sure that you keep up to date and follow the guidelines of the Dutch Government.
Please note that, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate your group during the self isolation/quarantine period.
Should you be traveling from a restricted zone which does not allow travel we will issue a refund.
