General Manager – Clink78 & Clink261 – London, UK
We are looking for an experienced hospitality manager to join our team during a very exciting time in Clinks growth. You will get to experience the reopening of our Clink78 Hostel which is going through an extensive refurbishment project along with building a team of passionate and engaged Clinkees to deliver our brand and mission to our guests. This role would be perfect for someone who is culturally aligned, strategic in thought, a strong communicator, and a people leader.

As the General Manager of our two London Hostels, you will be responsible for the successful day to day running of all Hostel Operations in line with our company strategic pillars. Having the autonomy to make key decisions to enhance our guest experience as well as our employee experience while being supported by other leaders in the company. You will set the standard by living and championing our company Mission, Vision and Values while ensuring your team embrace those values.
Reporting to the Operations Director some of your key accountabilities will be:
- People Management, Guest & Employee Experience
- Food & Beverage and Ancillary Offering
- Finance, full P&L responsibility, and day to day accounting
- Sales, Marketing & Revenue Generation
- Operational Responsibilities including Safety and Compliance
- This role will require obtaining a "Personal Licence" in relation to selling alcohol on the premises
NOTE: As we are currently going through a hostel refurbishment, this role will be key to the success of its completion, opening strategy and delivery of our hostel brand standards in terms of the building and our team
