What’s the Opportunity?

We are looking for YOU to join our Commercial Team located in Jersey as our Revenue & Inventory Analyst. Reporting in to the Head of Revenue this key role provides timely and accurate data on a daily basis focused on our Hostel bed prices and inventory across all locations. This role owns the relationship between our Property Management System (PMS) and our Channel Manager and is responsible for seamless connectivity between the two.

What will I be doing?

Some of your key responsibilities are:

  • Creation and updating of daily, weekly & monthly reports
  • Checking and maintenance of system connectivity
  • Setting and releasing inventory and pricing controls
  • Providing strategy suggestions to the Head of Revenue
  • Updating different systems throughout your day
  • Seeking out new online partners for Clink to work with
  • Supporting your colleagues
  • Following our procedures and standards
  • Learning everyday

Who are you?

An experienced Hospitality professional with a Revenue/Yield/Systems background, a keen eye for detail and a passion for spreadsheets and data accuracy. You are a self starter who once trained can own your key areas of responsibility. Strong time management skills with an eye for detail is essential. You enjoy working in a friendly team and engage with your fellow Clinkees.

This role is expected to work Monday – Friday, a 37.5 hour working week, located in our St. Helier, Jersey office.
