In our kitchen, we prepare comfort dishes that remind our travellers of their home. We believe that hostel food can be tasty, looking fresh and appetizing and it should not break the pocket while you are travelling. And that is exactly we are doing.
Our kitchen crew is a small team that is constantly looking at improving what we do. They ask guests what they like and they reflect these wishes in developing our menus. There is much space for experimenting and creating own dishes for the menu as there is plenty of time to learn to cook a perfect burger and pizza.
The main tasks of the crew are all round operation of the kitchen. Our structure is flat so you will not only learn to cook but to order products, do preparations, work with HACCP standards, be in daily contact with guest and participate in developing dishes as well as costing them.
Our kitchen is open daily from 16/17 – 23.00. The team usually works between 15/16-00.00

As exchange we are looking for someone with switched-on thinking, balanced, and energetic with good people skills and a big smile. Someone that is humble but willing to develop and become a part of the stable and independently working Clink Kitchen team. Huge kitchen experience is not needed but demonstrable passion for cooking and learning this trade is.
