Our Reservations Team is growing, and we want you
on the journey! We are looking for a Reservations
Agent to join our team as we continue to welcome guests back to our hostels and prepare for opening our Dublin Hostel in early 2023. You will get to experience a company who
loves everything to do with travel, making sure the booking journey with us is seamless and creating great experiences for our
guests. This role would be perfect for someone who is looking for a new
challenge and adventure and have lots of fun while doing it. We can offer a hybrid working model of 2/3 days office based for this role after successful probation and the role schedule is five days over seven which includes weekend working.

We aim to listen to our guests needs, anticipate some that they have not thought of
and meet their expectations of what their stay in our hostels will be like.
Communication is key in this role, talk to the guest, your team, your manager, and the wider hostel team. We are all in this together!
Reporting to the Head of Revenue some of your responsibilities will be to:
- Answer guest calls, emails and live chats and respond to any questions they may have. Your role is often the first contact a guest has with Clink so we need you to bring your A game!
- Accurately input data into our systems and keep the information relevant and updated
- Be aware of any special offers or packages we are selling as you walk guests through the boking funnel and convert enquiries to reservations.
- Collaborate with other Clinkees in the Commercial and Hostel Operations teams.

who can put our guests needs first, has strong people skills and who is not afraid
to be brave or to be the best they can be. You can work in a fast-paced
environment, use your initiative and work well under pressure and
independently. You are fun, energetic, are open to new challenges and has
a passion for travel and the hospitality industry
