Is there any hidden fees on the prices advertised?

Our prices are inclusive of all City taxes. There are no hidden fees.  

What is included in the price?

It includes bed linen, weekly cleaning and Wi-Fi. You get access to all our social spaces and common areas along with our social events.

Who will I be sharing my dorm with?

The shared dorms are assigned by sex however we cannot always guarantee it.

Can I use the self-catering kitchen?

Our guest kitchen is available to all guests from 7 am to 11 pm. To ensure Covid-19 safety measures are respected, you must book your time slot and use it during that time only. Note that it can get crowded but that’s why we offer great discounts on food & drink (see below).

Is there a supermarket nearby?

There are a range of supermarkets within a 5-minute walk of Clink78 and Clink261.

Is there space to store my suitcase(s)?

We have a spacious luggage store for our long-term guests where you can keep 2 pieces of luggage per person. However, remember to remove your valuables. In our shared dorms you will have a locker assigned to you that is spacious enough for a laptop and a backpack, just bring a padlock with you. In the private rooms there are no lockers, but you can use any locker available at the reception, check the periodic table of the front desk and pick your favourite element (you will need a padlock too). In case you forgot your padlock, you can buy one at reception.

What are the terms & conditions of the booking?

Your booking is non-refundable (unless you contract Covid-19) and is payable at the time of booking.

For payment, we will call you to obtain your card details. Please ensure that you send us a valid phone number for us to be able to reach you and confirm the booking if necessary. Alternatively, we can send you a link whereby you can upload your card details directly into our system. Once the payment has been processed, you will no longer be entitled to a refund. If you are staying with us for 2-3 months or more, we will require payment for the first 2 months upfront.

What happens if I contract the Covid-19 just before the trip and I cannot travel anymore? Do I get my money back? 

Of course. You will get your money back if you can provide evidence i.e. PCR test.


Do I need to pay a deposit?

Nope, no deposit needed. However, you will need to pay for your booking before arrival.

Can I use Gift cards as payment for long-term stays?

Unfortunately not, as our long-term stay rates are already heavily discounted (so cannot be booked in conjunction with any other promotion or gift cards)
