It offers the most flexibility and can be cancelled up to 14.30, 24 hours before your arrival date. For New Years eve it must be cancelled 7 days before arrival.

Pay Now Change Later

Terms – Non-refundable but allows ONE date change. The new date change must be made minimum of 14 days before your original arrival date and must be within 12 months of the original arrival date.

Advanced Purchase
Price – 15% off fully flexible
Terms – Must be booked 45 days minimum in advance of arrival, staying for a minimum of 2 nights. Non-refundable.

Special Weekly Rate
This must be booked in blocks of 7 days at a time, if you wish to book multiple weeks please contact our reservation team or consider our monthly rate. This rate is the most flexible rate we offer. Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance of your arrival date by 2.30 pm (and 7 days before the arrival dates of the 29th, 30th and 31st of December), without charge. The total price of the reservation will be charged 24 hours before arrival. A 7% city tax charge will be added at the time of payment. You will be charged in the local currency of the property. You will also need to pay a nightly tourist tax of €3.00 per person, per night.
