We're looking for a positive and outgoing person for our backpackers hostel, with a passion for creating great guest experience. This role is mainly focused around overnight reception at our smaller hostel, Clink261, but being part of our guest services team may involve work in all guest facing areas across both properties. This is working a four on four off pattern 11pm to 7am with guaranteed minimum hours and overtime available to cover holidays etc.

As a hostel team member you will be the face of Clink, ensuring that every guest has an awesome experience and some amazing travel memories when they leave.

The services provided by the Department form the essence of our guests’ experience as the reception, bar and events on offer are there to create lasting memories of their time in London. The team provide guests with a warm, welcoming and entertaining experience whilst at the hostels and also help to shape their visit to London with in-tune recommendations.

It goes without saying that meeting, greeting and attending to guests needs are the day to day of this role but Clink team are also champions of local knowledge and know all the best places to be in their City. It's a varied role where most days are different but every day involves interacting with guests and creating positive experiences. As a member of the night time, you're supported by a duty manager and security team but it's important that you have experience in dealing with challenging situations and that you're able to think on your feet and keep yourself busy during downtime in the night.

We need you to have some customer facing experience and some hospitality, hotel or hostel experience would be great too. Another language would also be beneficial. Most Importantly Clinkees live by our values
