OUR VALUES
Deliberately different, Dedication, In-Tune, and Guest first. These aren’t just words on a poster (though yes, they’re probably on a poster somewhere). They’re the foundation of how we operate and what makes us Clink.
We want you to learn here, grow here and leave with more than you arrived with. Whether that’s skills, experience, or just a great set of stories. To really understand what Clink is all about, read the Culture Book. It covers everything – from our courthouse-to-hostel origins to what we stand for and how we show up for each other and our guests.
WHERE WE’RE HIRING
Clink All Rounder
Clink all-rounder You're the first person our guests meet when they walk through our doors. You set the tone, create the vibe, and make sure people feel welcome the second they walk in. You're not just on top of check-in or serving coffee – you're the reason someone leaves their room, joins the karaoke night, or ends up with three new travel buddies to explore the city. This isn't a role where you stand behind a desk waiting for things to happen. You're actively creating connections, curating energy, problem-solving with empathy when things go sideways, and collaborating with your colleagues…
