How do I apply a promo code or discount to my booking?
Select your dates and property on clinkhostels.com, then enter your hostel promo code in the designated field before confirming. Are discounted rates flexible if my plans change?
It depends on the rate. Fully flexible rates offer free hostel cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Semi-flexible rates allow cancellation up 14 to days before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances. Check the hostel refund policy carefully before confirming — it’s always listed on the booking page.
