How does a group get to Clink Hostels?
The same routes as individual guests. Clink NOORD Amsterdam is a free five-minute ride on the Buiksloterweg ferry from Centraal Station. Clink 261 London is a ten-minute walk from King’s Cross St Pancras. Clink i Lár Dublin is centrally located on Abbey Street. Please note that coach parking is not available at any Clink property.

What is the minimum group size for a Clink Hostels group booking?
A group booking applies to ten or more guests. Maximum group sizes vary by property. Clink COCO and Clink MAMA Amsterdam accept a maximum of eight guests — bookings above this number will be cancelled without a refund. Clink 261 London accommodates up to 19 guests via the website and 20 or more by email. Clink NOORD Amsterdam and Clink i Lár Dublin have no maximum group size.

How far in advance should I book a group stay at Clink Hostels?
As early as possible. Group availability fills quickly during summer, school holidays and bank holidays. For groups of 20 or more, submit a quote request several weeks in advance via the Groups page on clinkhostels.com to avoid disappointment.
Which Clink Hostels properties accept large groups?
Clink NOORD Amsterdam and Clink i Lár Dublin accept groups of any size — groups of 20 or more should contact the group team directly. Clink 261 London accommodates up to 19 guests via the website and 20 or more by email. Clink COCO and Clink MAMA Amsterdam have a maximum of eight guests and are not suitable for larger groups.
PAYMENTS, PRICING & POLICIES
What are the payment terms for Clink Hostels group bookings?
Payment terms vary by group size and rate type. For bookings of €1,000/£1,000 or more, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 80% due in line with the cancellation terms of the rate selected. All payments must be made by Mastercard, Visa or bank transfer. Bank transfers are accepted up to 30 days before arrival only. Cash and cheques are not accepted.
Does Clink Hostels offer group discounts?
Group discounts may be available depending on the property, dates and group size. Contact [email protected] for Amsterdam and Dublin, or [email protected] for London, to request a quote. The promo code SEEYOUSOON can be combined with some group accommodation offers for bookings of up to 19 people.
Can Clink Hostels group members pay separately?
No. All group bookings are managed under one reference and payment is the responsibility of the group organiser. Splitting costs between individual group members is for the organiser to arrange — Clink does not process individual payments within a group booking.
What is Clink Hostels' group cancellation policy?

CHANGES & PLANNING YOUR GROUP STAY
Can I change the number of guests in a Clink Hostels group booking?
Yes, subject to availability and rate type. Email [email protected] for Amsterdam and Dublin group accommodation, or [email protected] for London, with your booking reference. Please note that non-refundable bookings cannot be amended, and reductions in group size may be treated as partial cancellations.
Can I change dates or names on a Clink Hostels group booking?
Date and name changes are possible depending on rate type and the notice given. Contact [email protected] for Amsterdam and Dublin group accommodation, or [email protected] for London. Non-refundable bookings cannot be changed. Name changes are usually accommodated with sufficient advance notice.
What information does Clink Hostels need before my group arrives?
A rooming list is required at least 7 days before arrival for all group accommodation in Amsterdam, London and Dublin. This must include full guest names, room types, group leader names and a breakdown of guests under and over 18. Also include any dietary requirements for pre-booked meals and any accessibility needs.
When will Clink Hostels confirm room allocations for my group?
Room type allocations are confirmed upon booking confirmation. Clink will make every effort to place the group in adjacent rooms, but same-floor allocation cannot be guaranteed due to building layout.
ROOMS, FACILITIES & LOGISTICS
Can my group stay in the same area at Clink Hostels?
Clink makes every effort to place groups together, but same-floor or same-room placement cannot be guaranteed at any group accommodation property in Amsterdam, London or Dublin due to building layout. To guarantee staying together, book a private dorm exclusively for your group.
Can our group store luggage at Clink Hostels before check-in?
Yes. Luggage can be stored at reception before check-in and after checkout on the day of travel at all Clink properties. Dorm rooms have in-room lockers — bring a padlock. Paid oversized luggage storage is available at Clink NOORD Amsterdam and Clink 261 London. Confirm charges with reception on arrival.
Does Clink Hostels offer catering for groups?
There are no dedicated group catering packages, but breakfast can be pre-booked online for all guests across all group accommodation properties in Amsterdam, London and Dublin. For group lunch and dinner arrangements, contact the property directly in advance. Please note that outside food deliveries are not permitted at any Clink property.
DURING YOUR STAY
What are Clink Hostels' house rules for groups?
Same rules as everyone else — just more of you to keep an eye on. No outside alcohol (£50 at Clink261, €50 at Clink NOORD, €100 at Clink i Lár). No drugs — immediate removal, no exceptions. No smoking indoors. Visitors in public areas only. An 11pm curfew applies to under-18s at most properties, 9pm at Clink i Lár Dublin. No security deposit, but damage or rule violations result in on-the-spot fines.
Can our group use Clink Hostels' communal areas and kitchens?
Yes — all communal areas and bars are open to groups. Self-catering kitchens are available at Clink 261 London, Clink COCO and Clink MAMA Amsterdam. Not available at Clink NOORD or Clink i Lár Dublin. If you’re after something more private, venue hire may be possible — get in touch with the property to find out what’s available.
What happens if a Clink Hostels group member breaks the rules?
The group leader is responsible for everyone in the booking. Any guest who breaks the house rules can be removed without a refund — and the organiser may be held liable for any damage caused by group members. We want everyone to have a great time, but we take the safety and comfort of all our guests seriously.
Meals & Services
Breakfast can get busy, so we ask all groups to book a 30-minute slot at the time of confirmation. Slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis — if we don’t hear from you, we’ll assign one automatically.

Yes. Noise restrictions follow local licensing regulations and vary by property. An 11pm curfew applies to any under-18s at events. Confirm the specific rules with the property when booking — we want your event to go well, and so do our other guests.
